Exit 170 Mini Storage

I cannot recommend Exit 170 Self Storage enough! From start to finish, my experience was seamless and stress-free. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. They post on their web site that they open at 9am. Well I went there at 9:15am only to be met with a "closed" will be back at 10:15am sign. What is it with Florida businesses? Their only concern is their convenience, screw the customer. The Florida customer service motto should be "When we get to you we get to you, maybe". The positive here is I went down to Extra Storage, got a unit instantly, and for a much, much cheaper price. Thank you Exit 170 Storage for not being there as you advertised.

DON'T RENT STORAGE HERE!!!!!!!!!! I paid every month on time, and when i went to move out I had to throw away $2000.00 worth of my personal items due to rats. When I called and spoke to the couple that live there they told me, oh the rats came from your next door neighbors storage unit because they had food in there. They haven't paid in 6 months and that's who you would have too try to get reimbursement from. I am pretty sure in my contract says if you haven't paid your unit will go up to auction in 30 days.. so how does 5 months pass?!? They didn't say sorry or offer me anything, not even the last month I paid. The worst ever, they should be shut down. I would give them 0 stars but this site wont let me.
