Ms Bernie at the front desk is amazing. She reached out to me to get us a storage unit closer to the door and elevator, and then was extremely helpful in getting us all set up. Beautiful storage place, we got a brand new unit that nobody has ever used before.

I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage Governor’s Ct thanks to Ms. B. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process smooth and easy for me. Choosing this location was truly a no-brainer because of her outstanding customer service. One of the best features is that you can drive right up to your unit, which is extremely convenient. The facility is also very clean and new, which made me feel confident storing my belongings there. Ms. B is absolutely amazing at her job, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage services.
