Darlene was so kind and patient with all our questions - it was our first time inquiring about getting a storage space there! My wife and I were very pleased with how she handled everything, up to explaining the details involved, especially since we were seniors. She even took the extra time to show us how to use our phone at the gate entry. Extra Space Storage is very lucky to have Darlene working for them! Customer service sucks bought a stoarge unit from a auction i did not know that it was cash only gor the deposit. So i was ten dollars short on getting my 5x8 stoarge unit an i had the money just didnt want to go to a atm i was in a hurry. But this guy was like i need the whole 100 bucks for deposit or i cant sell it to you guys. I mean come on ten bucks bro we scrounged up change in our cars an he made me pay up to the penny just so i can go load up the junk that i bought an leave... 15 mins i felt like he just wanted to be a dick but anyways place looks nice as long as you dont have to deal with the office stiffler
