Miki was very nice and accommodating. This was my first time renting a storage unit, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I began the rental online, which was quick and easy, and when I came in person, Miki took the time to explain everything clearly and was extremely helpful. The app makes accessing the storage center simple, and the facility itself is clean and well maintained. Overall, a great experience.

This process was seamless! Samara was amazing with explaining the process perfectly. She was so patient with me! I have never needed a storage unit before and had a TON of questions. Parking and un-loading was a breeze. Units are clean and accessible. Very happy with my rental and process.

Office staff is super friendly. They were helpful, called and verified everything. They explained all the details and even saved me money by recommending a different unit. They held the unit for me until I was ready! I have no complaints. 5 stars deserved!!!
