Extra Space Storage

I have 2 units here and the customer service is really great. But today I actually needed assistance outside of just a reservation etc and the lady up front was so quick to meet me at my unit to help! I really appreciate the staff here.

My experience with the ladies at Extra Space Storage was exceptional. The staff was courteous, efficient, and extremely professional. They handled the rental process quickly, the facility was spotless when they showed it to me, and they offered helpful tips for storing my items. It's refreshing to work with a team that is both capable and caring. I highly recommend this location specifically because of the excellent customer service provided by its female staff

Smooth process! I secured my space online - flawlessly. I received a follow-up call from the facility "manager"(?), she did a great job welcoming me to facility and explaining do's and don'ts. So far, pleasant experience!
