Renita was excellent! I had a issue that my unit wasn’t large enough and I was on a time crunch and needed another unit. She got me another unit within minutes. I was able to finish my move quickly. She was kind efficient and personable. Top notch.

Stephan Smith has provided extremely poor customer service. He was unprofessional and rude, and as the on-site manager, his behavior reflects very poorly on your business. After I purchased a storage unit, he refused to assist me with obtaining my key and would not address several pending questions I had. I am storing my belongings at your facility and expect a higher standard of service, especially from management. I’m requesting that this issue be reviewed and that I receive appropriate support moving forward.
