I had such a great experience at Extra Space Storage. The whole process was smooth, but what really made the difference was Cevon. He helped me so much and made everything feel easy and stress-free. He was patient, professional, and genuinely kind, you can tell he actually cares about helping people, not just doing his job. Moving and storage can be overwhelming, but he walked me through everything and answered all my questions without rushing me. Because of him, the entire experience felt simple and organized. I really appreciate the level of customer service he provided. Highly recommend this location!
