Extra Space Storage space was exactly what I was looking for storing my vehicles. The customer service representative Ginger was very professional and courteous upon my arrival. I explained was I was looking for, she gave me the pricing info. When out to show me the storage space I was looking to rent. This was a first in such kindness and it didn’t take long to complete the rental agreement. I was very pleased & relieved to know I placed my vehicles in a secured location. 10 out of 10 rating. We are coming up on one year renting a large storage unit with drive up access. We were nervous in the beginning as this was the first time we’ve ever used a storage company and they have exceeded all expectations. Ginger especially has been extremely friendly and helpful. Great customer service, easy to get around, and very clean. Space could use a trash can or 2 just for customer convenience while moving things around.
