Extra Space Storage

Do not put your belongings in this rat infested field dumpster disguised as a clean storage facility. You be forced to purchase their insurance only to have to throw away your belongings due to being covered in rat feces and urine and the insurance company will never respond when you try to file a claim. The office itself gives you a number that is literally just a third party who works for extra space and an insurance adjuster will never contact you for an official claim filing. Worst experience ever and I have used multiple storage facilities throughout my life. We had zero food or perishables in our unit, yet our things were covered with rat droppings. Don’t let the reviews fool you. The ladies in the office are nice and urge you to leave reviews at the time you move in. But the experience after the fact is what matters most. This place is invested with rats!

This was my first experience renting a storage unit, and Zsusanna provided exceptional service from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure I had the right unit size. When the one I reserved turned out to be too small, she immediately helped me secure a larger unit and took the time to walk me through the gate access and lock code process. I’m extremely pleased with the level of service and would confidently recommend this facility to friends and family.
