Extra Space Storage

This is our first time using the storage at this location in Henderson. Susi and Diane were very pleasant to work with. They are very detailed and knowledgeable. And most important of all the storage facility is cleaned and bright at night time.

Daine and Susi were extremely inviting and informative - Diane was a big reason I decided to rent here. I feel comfortable and secure, thanks to Diane. They both are wonderful representatives for Extra Space.

Won a storage unit in auction for over $400 only to be called minutes later and informed the auction was canceled. I asked when it was canceled and was told "yesterday". So for over 24 hours they were running an auction on a unit that wasn't supposed to be up for auction at all. This is a gross oversight on management. I wasted several hours researching items within the auction and my credit card was actually already charged so now I have to monitor my account for 3 days while my money is tied up in limbo. I wonder what other mistakes they're making. Avoid.
