I had a great experience with the store manager name Brooke in 4268 3rd ave bronx Ny 10457. She was transparent and very helpful about my monthly bill. I was very frustrated but she was able to helped me and figure out a solution with my billing cycle. Due to her diligence, I would continue my business with extra space storage. Michelle, the assistant manager is the most nicest kind and respectable person at my visit this extra space storage. Whoever train her train her well If a manager higher than her is reading this I encourage you to increase her raise . She deserves well of it They need more people like her.
