Although 2025 was a very challenging year for me, at 60yo, with so many unexpected changes beyond my control, that between finding a clean, decent storage unit, literally last minute, cause there wasn't enough room in the moving truck for my stuff, was a blessing. — If there's one thing I can say about the Burleson Extra Space Storage, during times where inconsistency is the new norm, —is that I have received consistent amazing customer service from the staff and management which I am grateful for. Holly is amazing! She has been so patient, understanding and helpful. May you all and your families have a blessed and prosperous New Year in 2026! ... And a very special Thank You, to Holly, from my sister in CO and me in NC. ❤️ 👉 I totally recommend this storage place! Not only is it very clean, but it's accessible from a low-traffic entrance.

The customer service I received from Nick at the Burleson location was top rate . I was pressed for time and my need for a storage unit popped up unexpectedly. The whole process was very simple and totally user friendly . Even the voicemail that was left was insightful and helpful. I immediately called him back because of his warm and friendly demeanor over the phone . This has made a pop up situation that could have been a huge issue into a little bump in the process …
