Storage unit was secure and worked well as expected. The customer service was excellent! I specifically was supported by Kristal. She is understands the customer, asks great questions and takes cares of whatever you need. I also interacted with Michaela in the office and she is very kind with a smile that makes you feel good about your experience. Overall, I have used numerous storage units in various cities for work needs; ranging 6 months to several years. So I speak from all my experiences (not all at ESS), and Kristal was by far the best customer service I have had over the past 10 years. I'd use this facility again and easily offer my recommendation!

Kristal is the person who attended to me. I needed a storage space big enough to house a motorcycle and a piano among other items. Kristal provided the necessary information for me to make an easy decision. Other than the misreading of the doorbell out front and the defective lock which was taken care of quite promptly I have had no problems.
