Excellent organization. I was very pleasantly surprised that they left a lock for the storage unit and even pre-cut the box so I didn’t have to look for scissors or struggle to open it to get the keys and the lock. Just perfect. Booking was super easy — it literally took one minute to reserve a unit. After that, someone from the storage facility called me to ask if I had any additional questions, which was a very nice touch. Access to the units is fantastic: very convenient, very clean, everything is easy, simple, and comfortable. I was also very happy with the price. For a location right in the heart of Charleston, this is an excellent deal — very affordable and absolutely worth it.

James went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He walked me through the best unit options, helped me get the right sizing, and made sure I had all the details I needed before arriving. His professionalism, friendliness, and genuine commitment to customer service truly set this location apart. The rest of the team was equally exceptional. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They made what could have been a stressful moving day feel easy and organized. The facility itself is spotless, secure, well-lit, and extremely easy to access — but it’s the people who really make the difference here. If you’re looking for storage in the Charleston area, I highly recommend this location. James and his team deliver customer service at a level you rarely see these days. Five stars all around!
