Extra Space Storage

We were in need of storage and with so many choices and pricing options, deciding wasn’t an easy task. With great reviews and a variety of available storage options, we decided to visit the Extra Space Storage facility near our home. Jonathan met us at the facility and got to know us and our storage needs. Jonathan then walked us to each of the available storage units to see what best fit our needs. The facility is spotlessly maintained, has security features, and all of the access processes were explained in detail. Jonathan was very patient and professional throughout our visit despite our arriving around closing time. We chose our storage space, were walked through the different payment options to allow us to decide based on our needs, and were given a short education on the locking process for the storage space. If you are looking for storage space and want to make a confident choice, I highly recommend that you contact Jonathan. You will be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect, and will undoubtedly find storage space options to fit your individual needs.

I’ve been with this facility for about 3 months and have had a good experience. The manager Jonathan was attentive and answered my many questions. Other staff I’ve interacted with have been good as well. The facility is well lit, clean, and seems secure. It’s conveniently located and convenient to access. It’s also nice to be able to pull into the “garage” to be shielded from the elements! My only concern is the wording in the lease agreement surrounding rate changes. I want to iterate this is surely written at the corporate level vs management at each Extra Storage facility. Also want to highlight I have not experienced any rate changes. I will update my review if/when I do though.

Recently moved out of the storage unit after using it for 3 years. Great place and location. Easy to get to and get in and out. Always clean. I honestly never saw more than 2 other cars there loading things, which made sharing space for loading and carts very easy. Unfortunately, I did have a leak in my unit from the HVAC system but Jonathon on site was great and helpful. Would recommend using the insurance company through the Extra Space as it has made the reimbursement for damage process seamless and easy. Unfortunate to have things damaged but this is best case scenario. Would recommend this storage unit and would use myself again.
