Spoke with Javier, the storage manager, who was very helpful, informative, patient and professional. He reached out to me with a courtesy call about my account. He began thanking me for my long term business and helped me change my payment day (anniversary day)and even reached out to help me reduce my monthly payments. Im extremely grateful for his excellent customer service. Once again thank you javier for your great customer service.

Excellent help from Store Manager Javier Gonzalez. Very transparent on the details of the units including possible rate adjustments in the future. Got shown the unit itself before making the final decision on purchasing. Look forward to keeping my items safe here for a while.
