I have been doing storage auctions for 7 years and I never encountered a more caring and efficient representative than Ana Perez. She prepared the paperwork quickly, made sure I had a cart. You couldn’t have a better person working for Extra Space. She has work ethics that are hardly seen anymore.

Y'all gave super great excellent customer service and very helpful and knowledgeable too.. most friendliest people I've met in a very long time.. so caring, wonderful, awesome, helpful, kind hearted, bubbly ladies... Y'all are the best . And keep up the good work... Very much hospitable too.. it was a pleasure meeting you both and doing business with y'all . And for you mitch.. you are indeed a first lady .. super super great sense of humor and always have a big happy smile on yr face.. y'all are so pleasant and great at yr work also. Walked in for a quote but received a miserable attitude like the woman didn't want me there. I think she didn't feel like working so she made the process as difficult as possible. I had to walk out. The women at cube smart across the street are friendly and it's a solid facility w better pricing.
