Clean, climate controlled storage. I used them for about 3 years. Nothing negative to say. I was alerted one day that my unit wasn’t locked—I really appreciate the heads up. Check out process was simple and efficient.

I've used several different KC/area storage facilities over the past 15 years, and these guys are absolutely the best. They've accommodated me every step of the way whatever my needs - whether it's downsizing or working with me to keep the rates as low as possible. They're always easily reached by phone and have done their very best over the years to keep me happy. I'm still using the facility, six years in, and I wouldn't go elsewhere. It's safe, clean and the climate control units are unbeatable.
