He took the time to answer every single one of my questions and addressed all my concerns without ever making me feel rushed or inexperienced. What really stood out was how thoughtful he was—since I’m new to the city, he even suggested a few great local spots to check out, which made the whole experience feel personal and caring rather than just transactional. Moving and finding storage can be stressful, but Anderson made the entire process smooth, easy, and actually enjoyable. Especially explaining the charges and fees. Great Customer service. They didn’t have the access hours i needed but provided me when an alternative site in a different city and did the rental for me. Jazmin is very knowledgeable and friendly.
