Excellent customer service. Had an issue with losing my keys for 2 storage units. They were fast and super customer service oriented! Took care of everything smoothly, quickly and with a smile! Paris was awesome! (Hope I spelled her name right) The manager that was there helping her was excellent as well. A 5 Star experience!

I reached out to the team at extra space storage inquiring about my rent increase and moving to a larger unit. The manager told me that I would get a unit with 5 feet more space and it was a great deal. When I go to check out the unit it is smaller. I called and said the unit was smaller I wanted a larger unit. I said forget it I will just stay where I am. 203 was due on the 14th of January. So he told me to pay 94.64 which I did and then told me I owe 203.00 on January 28th for changing my date. I’m like what? Make it make sense. So, Since I decided to stay in my unit I asked if they could apply the 94.64 to the 203 that I owe and they said they did not have the ability to do it, and if they did there would be a late fee applied. I would not have changed my date but the manager told me that the unit may be gone by the time I arrived. I did not have this issue with moving up to another unit before and now this. I am highly upset. I didn’t want to pay the 203.00, what made you think that I wanted to give you an extra 94.64 for a date. Stop. I need the corporate team to call me and tell me why you don’t have the ability to correct this for a client who pays on time every month.

When I made my monthly payment I forgot that my card had just expired 2 months ago and I didn't know my payment hadn't gone through. I received a courtesy text regarding my account. I called and spoke with Paris who was incredibly patient and helpful and I was able to make the payment without incurring a late fee. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Paris.
