Extra Space Storage

I recently had an issue with my unit. Fortunately, there is a new manager, James. He was outstanding in assisting me and making sure I had a resolution swiftly. I’d like to also add that since James has been managing this facility, it has been much cleaner, I feel much more safe when going to the facility alone, as he is always seen in and around the buildings monitoring activity.

I have 3 units. I had more. Great staff which are very helpful!! They are the best on Schoolhouse Road, Milford, Ct.!!!! They walk around every floor and it is very clean. My only complaint is with Cooperate. They should gear to people that want long term rent. Cooperate should have a lease where the rent stays the same. They seem to focus on short term leases. Highly recommend!!!!

My experience at Extra Space has been excellent so far. James is super helpful and set everything up for me quickly and easily. The facility is clean and organized and I would definitely recommend it if you are searching for a storage unit.
