Extra Space Storage

It was such a pleasure dealing with Erika today . She was very helpful , professional and kind. The faculty was spotless and so many options for storage. She went through a lot of options and found me something perfect. She definitely is an asset to your company and I will recommend to all of my friends to come and speak to her.

Been a customer here for a few years now. Compared to some of the other storage places in the area, this one is one of the nicer ones. It is always very clean and the few times I’ve interacted with the staff has been pleasant. This was Life Storage and now it is Extra Space. The price of a 5x5 unit has almost doubled in the four years that I’ve been coming here. The place could use a little bit sprucing up as it is looking a little tired. And it seems like every time I come the bathroom is being cleaned or out of service. Overall, it is a decent and staff place to store your stuff and is conveniently located on Boston Post Road near all the attractions of the area.

The staff, especially Jen, is very helpful! Convenient location and set up. Clean. However, be very careful of the prices. If you don’t pay upfront and ahead, your cost can double in a few short months. Plus. If you already have a unit at a promotional price, you can’t get that price again. That makes no sense. So in line with most other storage facilities they are no different from others price gouging you. It’s a business and they are not looking out for you. Trust me, what you have in storage is not worth what you will be paying store it.
