Hacienda Storage

Started renting about a month ago- well priced and clean facility. I was surprised by the amount of large rooms and space they had available. The room we got was able fit my whole 3 bedroom apartment, while we wait to move into our new home. Took advantage of the free moving truck and was even able to get a cheaper unit on the second floor. They also had everything we needed to move our stuff- moving carts, boxes, large elevators etc. Great Place!

I do not recommend this company for renting trucks!!! Yes the process was very simple to set the reservation up and pick was also easy. But when it comes to the return the problems began. I am 100000% they have rigged their odometers in their trucks. I drove 9.7 miles that i purposely calculated on an app on my phone just to make sure the exact amount of the miles were correct. They tried to tell me I drove 16 miles (which is not even physically possible through the route I choose). Then told me obviously there’s no way to dispute it or prove it. That they cannot help me there’s nothing they can do. So I brushed that off because I figured i wasn’t going to be able prove it since their truck said otherwise. I also called before I returned the truck and asked the employee if I needed to bring the truck back with the same amount of gas I picked up the truck, she said yes. I picked it up at a half tank and dropped it off at a half tank. They still charged me over $12.00 worth of gas and told me it must of been a millimeter off (if it is not a gas tank that tells you the EXACT mileage by number how is someone supposed to be able to tell that it’s a millimeter off and how would they?). Over all this company charged me 20.00 more then the quoted price when I did nothing to make the amount increase. I was very carful about staying under my budget. They told me there’s nothing they will do to help and denied anything wrong with they’re trucks. Extremely disappointed with the integrity of this company and customer service. I will never go through this company again and I do not recommend them to anyone. I stand by that something is absolutely wrong with the odometers in their trucks and they’ll nickel and dime you for everything they can. Very sad.

Came in looking for a unit to store my garage items, I had no idea what size unit I was going to need. The helpful front desk staff was able to put me in a unit that fit all of my items accordingly. They gave me a great price on my unit. They offered me a free truck to move my items in and the 3 month special. I highly recommend Hacienda to store.
