Sidney D Pierre did an amazing and diligent job by making it so easy for me to get what took me hours of driving from one storage to another sorted out .. trust me when I tell you they have the best customer service I’ve seen so far. I’m glad I came here . Thank you Sidney /Extra Space Storage for coming thru for me .

Just rented a unit at the Gould location. Staffer Sidney Pierre was personable and responsive and showed me my options. He was even able to honor the online price and gave me an accurate estimate of what my monthly responsibility would be. Great customer service. Good location. Recommend
