Extra Space Storage

I’m currently in the middle of moving and have a million little last minute things to do - one of them being upgrading the size on my storage unit. I was simply going to cancel the unit I had online and then sign up for a new unit online. I’m glad I called first though to make sure that was the right way to do it. Drew at Extra Storage was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. He totally took care of me in opting my unit for a transfer instead. Saved me the initiation fees and even reduced my rate by a couple bucks. I was also a goof and somehow managed to bend the lock on my new unit. Drew also fixed it, no problem. Great service at this place - makes a HUGE difference.

I don’t typically leave reviews but I cannot recommend this facility enough, specifically because of the manager, i believe his name was Andrew Skifton. We had called several other storage units in the area, but he made our experience different. My grandma can be a bit snippy at times, but Andrew remained patient, respectful, & genuine through this process. Andrew treated my grandparents with kindness & patience rather than making them feel like another transaction. He took the time to help them find something right for them & their needs. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere that values their customers, and I would recommend requesting the gentleman that helped my grandparents.

This is my first time using Extra Space Storage. Drew helped me get a real nice deal on a unit. The facility is clean and easy to access. They make it very easy to pull up and use the carts to get on elevators for upper floors. This has been a very nice experience.
