Honestly, they don’t seem to care about customers who plan to keep their storage unit long-term. According to Wally, that’s not something they offer. The rent increases every time, and the amounts have become ridiculous. The last time my rent went up, a very nice lady (who I was told no longer works there) did everything she could to help me keep a reasonable rate. She even called her head store manager and got a great price approved for me. When I called today, Wally seemed rushed, uninterested, and busy. I explained what the previous employee had done for me, but he said he could send in a request for the head manager to review, but he discouraged me and said it wouldn’t be approved. He also said all the units were completely sold out. So, just be aware, if you’re a new renter, things might start off great, but if you plan to stay long-term, don’t expect them to work with you, long term, to keep your rate fair. It really feels like they prefer short-term renters and rely on constant rate hikes to keep the money flowing. It’s a shame that the other lady no longer works there, she truly understood customer service and made me feel valued as a customer. During my time renting there, I never complained, even during renovations or when the garage doors weren’t working for a while. I had to use the regular door and haul my items from outside with a dolly, but I didn't complain or make a fuss because I understood that they are renovating the space.

Wally and Stanley are truly exceptional individuals who consistently go above and beyond in their roles. During my experience of renting a unit, their professionalism and attentiveness were outstanding, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process. I am incredibly grateful for their support and expertise, and I am confident that I will choose to work with them again in the future. Amazing service from the guy with the long hair. I've been coming here for years and the service and location is excellent 👌 👏 🙌. All employees here deserve at minimum a $10 per hour raise
