Extra Space Storage

Tired of the elevators always being broken. The one most convenient to my unit has broken down 4 times now in less than 1 year since I’ve been there. I reported this most recent break down literal WEEKS ago (3 weeks at least) and it’s still broken. It broke down last time and wasn’t fixed for a month. Do regular maintenance on your elevators and fix them in a decent time because you are being paid way too much money to have broken elevators that majority of your customers use because we’re all above floor 1 which only has a handful of units. It’s messed up that you don’t fix it in a timely manner.
