This is a horrible storage unit place had issues with the interior smelling Also, the property management decided to raise my rates from around $40 a month to $148 a month If you would like to be scammed, go ahead and rent from them otherwise I would never recommend you rent from them Reply back to your statement If you’re increasing to keep up with market rates, it would not be a 200% increase Also, it’s very interesting if I go to your website for your new customers, you’re charging less than half of what I originally was paying a $42 Also, I’ve since went to the unit and found some very interesting things some dead, and generally bad odor through the property. While I was there one of the other tents that were moving in, had an issue with a live mouse.

Very kind and courteous receptionist. Place is kept clean and well-lit. Excellent video surveillance coverage of the entire facility. I definitely recommend this place if you are in West Orlando.
