Extra Space Storage

Couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Ms Lindy in the office is top notch and really helps her customers and makes sure they/we are taken care of. Even the new guy in training (Mr Tony) was very pleasant to work with. Definitely worth recommending to friends.

I rented two units from Extra Space (storage and RV). I started to rent online and had questions so I called their customer service. Customer service was awesome and was able to set up both units by phone. I also spoke to Lindy, the manager at one location via phone and in person. Such a nice person to work with and easy to talk to. The storage unit was so easy to get to and super clean. So far, I have had a really good experience.

Easy to obtain unit on line. Lady on sight very helpful and gave clear directions and explained rules as she took time away from mopping. Place was very clean and organized. Space rented was clean and better than expected
