I met with Rich, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained everything fully and showed me the unit I was looking rent. He then completed the process for renting my unit in a timely manner. Very happy with the service and cleanliness of the facility.

Had a great experience with initial online registration and Renee at the actual location over the phone. Once I arrived to use the facility, Richard helped me with understanding how to gain access to my unit and how to locate it. Big help! Also walked me through how to use the app to gain access fairly hands free! All in all a seamless experience.

I want to give a big shout out to Richard for all his expert help in the whole process of renting my storage unit , I'm coming from another storage company. He was very helpful.
