Monster Self Storage Port Charlotte

I just rented a storage unit at Monster Storage and had the pleasure of working with Carol and Patti at the front desk. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. From walking me through the rental details to making sure I got exactly what I needed, to giving me a complimentary bottle of water they made everything smooth and stress-free. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. Carol and Patti deserve full recognition for their outstanding service — they’re a big part of what makes Monster Storage such a great place to do business!

Patti was great in getting me a storage and explaining the differences and options. She wanted me to see exactly which unit I would be renting before making my decision. Very reasonable pricing and extremely clean.

Patty & Carol took care of me my first day in there. This has been by far the best experience I’ve had yet in my lifetime with a storage company. I was able to use their truck to move things in and there carts make it so easy to push to your storage. Everything is locked down so nobody can get to your floor without actually renting on that floor. Security was always big for me and this place has it. Patty always has a smiling face when I walk in. Both of those women need raises! And thank you so much for helping. This storage is the cleanest facility yet. Keep up the great work ladies!
