Extra Space Storage

I had a great experience today with Extra Space Storage. I had an issue with a rate increase and they were very receptive and quickly responded and took care of the problem to my satisfaction. As long as this great customer service continues, I will keep my business with them.

Stay far, far away from this storage facility!! They will raise your rates for no reason, sky high!!! I have had a storage unit for a couple of months now. At first I had a really good deal. After I got married I had to upgrade and get a bigger unit. The price went up, which was expected. However, I just received a new notice that my rental price is going up over $100 next month for no reason. No wonder the state of New York is suing them for price gouging. There is absolutely no reason that my rent should be going up. I pay my bill every month on time. I think I am going to look for a new place to store my stuff.

Had a great experience with Extra Space Storage in Providence. Super easy to sign up, super easy to get into the property, the App is great and always worked. When it was time to move out, Nicole was very helpful. Would definitely use again if we need a storage unit in the future.
