EXCELLENT! Hands down best customer service experience I’ve encountered in a long time. With the stressful nature moving and everything that goes with it- I was delighted to land so well here. I have had unique experiences and Renelle and Lex have gone above and beyond to help facilitate and assist me every time. I cannot sing the praises of Renelle and her team enough. I stored a car with extra space 01/26. Renelle was my counter associate. First I'd like to say she has a top notch personality. She's just a sweetheart. I was having trouble finding the documents I needed to show ownership of the car. I would have had to sit at the DMV for half a day but she called me and said corporate will take a car title instead of registration. Just made my day. Thanks Renelle! There's just not enough people like her in our world. God bless!
