Steve was incredibly helpful and very welcoming throughout the process. As a first-time renter, I really appreciated how he took the time to go over how to use the locks and explain everything clearly. He made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

Therese was incredibly helpful when I was choosing my new storage unit. She took care of all my needs, found the best price, and offered me a very good rate for the new unit. She also answered all my questions, was very polite, and even printed out all the documents for me. She gave me so much attention and I truly felt appreciated. She is wonderful, and I highly recommend her :) I’m also giving five stars because I’ve been using this storage facility for over two years, and I really like the service. It’s easy to access, it’s safe, and it’s conveniently close to my home. I recommend this place to everyone, and a special thank you to Therese for all her help.
