Extra Space Storage

Renting from Extra Space in Rockville has been a very smooth experience. I had no difficulty starting my rental online, and my unit was clean and ready on arrival. The app works well to access the facility and there's good parking near the unit. I've also had good experiences when interacting with the staff.

I was at this facility for 11 months. I was banned because I simply didn’t tolerate the disrespectful behavior from the managers. A lot of these places love to “gaslight”. And that doesn’t fly They at least returned my money but I was involved in a hit and run situation where the cameras caught my assailants attempting to batter me and Jonathan And Erick along with the “images” on the camera apparently don’t show “anything”. At least according to the person who owes me money from this location a tenant called Edwin Cabrera and his boys. I will notify the better business berue and make a few phone calls for the delinquents in particular who hit my vehicle and some. If they think they walk Scott’s free. Good luck

I had difficulty finding a location for storage. Most storage facilities want to do things by telephone. I entirely disagree. Call me old but I recall visiting the storage facility, getting a tour to ensure my personal property is protected. This facility exceeded my expectations with a tour, quick service and professionalism. I highly recommend this location if you are in the area.
