Extra Space Storage

Staff is friendly so on some level I feel badly giving it a 1, it isn’t there fault this place is horrible. The units have gaps that are open to each other and there are holes in the roof. It will rain and get in your unit. But worst of all, there are MICE everywhere. Anything not in a plastic tote will get ruined. They crawled into cardboard boxes and plastic vacuum bags of stuffed animals. There is mouse crap all over the plastic totes and everything else. When I went to complain, I was given a sticky trap where I caught 2. There were more that moved in shortly after (no, there isn’t any food or anything in the unit). The second time I went to complain I was told there was no effort to fix it and it was what it was. I could take photos and file a claim. I was also told there is a bird problem. Thank god I haven’t had that one yet. I’m still there, but I’ll be moving out this week. DO NOT go here. I have had units all over the valley and NEVER had this problem before. I think the most upsetting thing (aside from ruined things) is that they don’t plan to do a thing about it aside from a couple traps. Their excuse is that it’s old and next to fields. (Had a unit in south Jordan next to fields, no mice!) not posting the grosser photos, but here are a few to give you an idea.

She was totally great.. She totally helped me out. What an awesome lady to work with. It’s a good place to store all your stuff. People are friendly and courteous.

I have to start off mentioning Casey’s ability to manage the booking process and the kindness she had while doing so. My booking did not work online and she was not only able to refund my the incorrect charge but seamlessly book my preferred unit. The units are clean, the location is EASILY accessible and the CS is perfect. Recommend this location 10/10 times.
