Terri Houston is the ultimate store manager. She knows the building inside and out, worked diligently to get me the best available price and showed me the best available unit. She's amazing and so is this location. Extremely clean!

I’ve been renting a storage unit for five years and I have never had any problems. The common space is very clean and well let. The unit stays clean and we have not had any problems with insects or rodents. Terri, the manager is always very helpful.

After coming from a different storage company where the customer service was honestly awful, this team completely restored my faith in what great service should look like. Terry is an absolute star. She goes above and beyond for every single person who rents here, and you can genuinely feel how much she cares. She’s resourceful, patient, and always willing to help...no matter how big or small the request is. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been friendly, warm, and truly committed to making the experience smooth.
