Extra Space Storage

I was very satisfied with how much I wasn’t just a “number” to them! Each employee i talked to was professional, courteous and kind with me. I never was worried about my things being tampered with or harmed as the place is very secure! And the price per month fit right into my budget! I HIGHLY recommend this place to one and all!

I chose this place because I have heard great reviews about them. They live up to it so far. I haven't been to my unit yet but the process of getting everything set up was smooth sailing. Both individuals who helped me (a sweet woman and a very kind man) were pleasant to speak with. I am young adult and new to this kind of stuff so it's very nice to have individuals willing to help me with any questions I have. They were also very personable. I would highly recommend. *update* I was having troubles with a price change on my unit and Nicholette was very reassuring and helped me out with my needs. So far my experience here has been great.

Facilities are very clean and well kept, the staff overall has also been a very good experience. The reason for the low rating is that when I signed up they told me it would be a flat $80 monthly fee and then out of no where they suddenly changed my rate to $140 stating that the $80 rate was the start up rate. Frustrating because when I called and was getting everything setup no one mentioned this to me at all. Very much felt like a bait and switch situation and seemed very much like a scam to me.
