Both employees I talked to were very friendly and helpful, especially Lisa (tStore Manager). I rented online without even seeing a unit and she was ready for me when I arrived. The unit was clean and I like using the app for entry to the facility. This rating would be a 5 Star but the unit measured smaller than I expected; however, Lisa made suitable arrangements. After an assessment and confirmation of my needs, she offered me the greatest deal! This was the best homecoming reception I could have received. Lisa was kind, she listened to what I expressed and didn’t attempt to tell me what I needed. She was very respectful and very approachable.
