Extra Space Storage

I had an indoor, second floor unit at Extra Space Storage on Mexico Road in St. Charles for almost two years and overall had a great experience. The facility was always clean, carts were consistently available for moving heavy items, and it was never crowded. There is a door right by the elevator that you can pull up to, which made loading and unloading into my vehicle very easy. Every time I interacted with the office staff they were pleasant and helpful. Jenny Pinkston truly stood out. She was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make the move out process smooth and stress free. Her customer service made a lasting impression and really reflects well on this location. All of my belongings came out exactly as they went in, clean with no mold, bugs, or dirt/dust. I had zero issues the entire time I was there and would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and well managed storage facility.

I had an amazing time visiting Jenny the store manager over at this location. Y’all let me tell you they have given me 10 X 10 X 10 X service each and every year that I come back clean storage units they walk through their application set up and they take electronic payments. Jenny has been fantastic to work with during the construction and remodeling process. Great communication and cooperation from her and her team. Have a lot of respect of how her and her team treat and speak to customers. Highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.
