When I first moved in this storage a year ago I dealt with some unprofessional staff members at this location. They were rude and not helpful but overall I needed a place to store at a decent rate so I let it go. Anytime I had an issue they were not helpful in anyway. Fast forward to now, I decide to get rid of the unit and move everything out. I hadn’t visited my unit since I moved in and realized I lost the keys. I dreaded calling the office because again I didn’t want to be met with no solutions but ended up doing so anyhow. I came in contact with Kim who was the complete opposite of anything I had experienced before. She was super helpful super accommodating and just an overall good human being , you could hear it in her voice. She was able to help me with my lock same day and even offered me another lock for free just to hold me over to the next day until I got my storage moved out. She didn’t have to do that and she did it without hesitation. Our interactions in the facility were very pleasant and professional. Normally, I don’t care to do reviews but this woman needs her spotlight! Praise to Kim!
