The staff is great. Attentive and watch over your unit. Security was top notch, I never felt I had to worry. Five Star Movers were great too!

The team at 1 E Joppa Rd has always been wonderful ever since the initial leasing process, which all went smoothly. All of my questions/concerns are always answered & addressed thoroughly. In addition, when it comes to the financials, they have worked with me. They’ve made me feel like we are on the same team, rather than just landlord and tenant. Lynne has been awesome, and her attentiveness to me, shown through follow-up and follow-through are unmatched. I should also mention that I have never seen one pest or any evidence of any pests in my unit. Contrasting that with my horrible experiences at an unaffiliated storage company, this location has been a godsend. I’m never scared of what I might find when I visit my unit, and that sense of peace is priceless.

Brianna was amazing! Very detailed oriented, successful successfully showed us the spaces and allowing us to understand when and what timing to go ahead and place our order. Very practical and loyal to your company. So I recommend her to those who want to rent a storage space. Very informative information and we’re happy and grateful from New York!
