She gave us a full tour of the facility and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process easy and comfortable. She was very friendly, patient, and professional, making sure all of our questions were answered. It really felt like she cared about helping us find the right storage space for our needs. The facility itself was very clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Everything looked well maintained and secure, which gave us confidence in choosing this location. Overall, the service was outstanding. I truly appreciate how kind and helpful she was during our visit, and I would definitely recommend Extra Life Space Storage to anyone looking for a clean, organized, and well-managed storage facility.

I really enjoyed my experience with Ms. Ramsey and Ms.Bub. They were extremely helpful and very informative. The store was EXTRA clean. My unit was Extra clean as well. They both took the time to answer every question I had in detail and guided me through choosing the perfect unit size. After visiting two other places, their assistance stood out by far—we ended up renting a unit on the spot. Excellent customer service from start to finish!
