If I could give zero stars I would. I have been using this facility for just over a year and am actively looking for a new storage unit. My first problem was 2 months after signing for my unit I received a postcard in the mail that my monthly rent was being doubled. I emailed and spoke with multiple people regarding this and I was told I signed a promotional for the first two months and this is the regular price, when I asked for a copy of the lease or receipt stating this they were not able to provide me with one, I did let it go as maybe miscommunication or my mistake until 6 months later I received another postcard and rent was being raised yet again. Second was the building is set up as a one way in and another way out. The door in was broken for minimum of a week so there was only one way in and out and with it being so narrow inside the building you are not turning around with a trailer or even a truck to get back out or if someone else is trying to get through the opposite way you are. Third and lastly I received an email and text today that my move out was completed and I was no longer able to access my unit on the app. I called right away and was told that she was just up there and the unit was open and empty so they were under the understanding I had moved out. I told her it should not have been as I have not been there nor have I initiated a move out and requested her to go back on the floor to confirm my unit was in fact not empty. She said she would check and call back. She did call back and state that my unit is closed up and someone wrote down the wrong number for her to inactivate. For as often and as much as rent goes up it is a very poorly run facility.

It’s not my first time renting a storage unit I checked out multiple places prior to coming here. I walked into extra storage facility just to see how it is, so I wasn’t expecting to get a unit on the same day. The assistant store manager Joanna helped me out. She’s awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m so glad I walked in a perfect day and perfect timing to have Joanna to help me. Because other storage places staff do the bare minimum while Joanna goes beyond to make sure I was familiar and comfortable with the unit and place. She has a great personality and character. I love the place so I secured a unit before it gets taken. I was excited, I felt like I was getting keys to a new apartment. I like that the place is indoors, big, clean, and easily accessible!
