Extra Space Storage

The storage facility and unit was clean and well maintained with a generally good experience. On days when it's not busy parking by the door is easy but sometimes it gets a little crowded and there's not really enough staging space for more than six cars total. Nobody ever threatened to tow but it was always nerve-wracking to worry about being in a no Parking Zone. Plenty of carts and I never had a problem waiting for one of those, sometimes using 2 at a time! When it's time to cancel make sure you notify them ahead of time, the policy prefers 10 days minimum.

Kayla was awesome! She helped me take care of a big price increase to my unit and was able to decrease the monthly price for me. She was super transparent, helpful and easy to work with to quickly make sure that was taken care of before my next payment. Appreciate the professionalism and getting it done attitude, great help!

We had a great experience working with a staff member at your storage facility. Kayla was professional, friendly, thorough in her explanations, and overall just wonderful to work with. Every time we go to our unit, we see her cleaning aisles, elevators, etc. She seems to take pride in her work, something that is often not seen these days. We are very happy we picked your facility.
