Extra Space Storage

Wow! What a great experience I had with my move in to Extra Space Storage! Sue has been exceptionally helpful as I learned how to navigate the app and the, also exceptional, security. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner! The facility is clean, secure, well- lit and has carts i can use at the ready. The prices were the best I could find in a 40 mile radius, too.

What a smooth experience! Elizabeth Buss was one of the best customer service representatives I have dealt with in The villages area. She was knowledgeable, professional, cheery and extremely helpful !! Due to her and Sue and the service provide i will be recommending your facility to many others that move in and out of the villages.

Sheik was great we did not have our key to empty out our storage and she quickly cut the lock and assisted us in the process of closing our account. I recommend using Powell Rd for all your storage needs!!
