I had a wonderful experience with the storage rep Veronica today 22 Jan 2026. I went to the Orangethorpe Ave location in Buena Park. She was professional, she didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. She is very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions I would recommend Veronica for your storage needs.

To say it all if you are looking for a convenient, clean, friendly and professional storage staff that always explains things in detail and is also available when you get there, then you need to look no more, because I've dealt with everyone from "Public Storage to Cube Smart" and they don't measure up to this storage location they might have many different locations but their focus is about money, but not always about customer service.
