EZ Storage of Elk Grove

There is no light at all in the storage units there is the one that comes on in the hallway but it's it's a timed motion sensor light that you constantly have to be walking out in front of it and triggering it again to see cause there's no light inside your unit.. and my brother broke one of the rules on accident and they get gave us I think less than 2 weeks to get our stuff out and moved out the 86ed us and it was the week of Christmas...I don't condone breaking the rules but we were new there and it was a harmless mistake. I was truly shocked to receive an icy email informing me I had to be out by the 1st on December 23. No questions asked or anything. Very shocked. And to clarify to say that I was told multiple times was outright lie I had a total of three conversations with you one was to make the reservation for the unit the second was to pay for the unit and the third was to update my phone number with you and to discuss the consequences of paying a couple days late which I paid on the second every single time I paid.... As ask for me thinking it was a motel I never thought that I never behave it like that and the one time my brother did fall asleep was an accident. The additional times your implying was when he got locked inside the complex and learned the hard way way about the the electric gates function. I had zero conversations with anyone about any laws being broken. And as I said previously I do NOT condone breaking rules and that includes laws. One star was given for exactly what said... No lights and an unethical ice cold email 86ing me two days before Christmas and it was an honest mistake which caused no harm and could have been been communicated with some kind of human decency. Which it wasn't. It was the only I conversation I had with anyone about that and it was an email...not a conversation.

Melissa is on top of things from my phone call in the morning to the time I walked thru that door to sign my storage papers in and out smoothly. I highly recommend this storage facility I’m a repeat customer I was with them 4 years ago and they still have that good customer service and tempered me throughout the years of me not being there. The storage facility is Clean. Thank you Melissa and team happy holidays.

Beware! Well, my #10 lock was cut by management & my rare triathlon bike was taken out. Not sure this is legal? I told management that either my bike gets returned or i will call channel 3 news & have them do an investigation on this storage unit office. That day my bike was somehow found & I had several months for free of the storage unit. So how safe is this storage facility? If it happened to me, it could happen to you. They are the cheapest around but there is a reason why. Don't let your stuff come up missing, pay a little extra & go somewhere else!
