Fairgrounds Mini Storage

This has been the most awful experience ever I’ve ever had used ! So many of my belongings were stolen from move in until I exited!!! I have no way to speak with a member of management except the onsite person no sense of that I’m planning on taking this as far as needed to be heard because someone needs to be held responsible for all the loss I’ve accrued I feel like I paid a business to steal from me ..!

Recently had the pleasure of coming in and meeting Star. I was in a little bit of a difficult moving situation, and she was able to change that. Stopped by today and had the pleasure of dealing with Star. She was very professional, and understood my storage needs. And the customer service was excellent and very polite and explained the storage fees and gate times professionally she really knows how to get a person or someone to rent a storage from fairgrounds
