Management was pretty good for the most part. Sadly though, I have a different opinion about their manager after what happened this past weeks Friday. I sadly lost my storage units due to severe financial hardships that were not expected to happen before I could make payments to clear the liens. After the auctions of my two storage units, I was supposed to have been sent a refund check for the additional amounts over what was owed on the two units. I was told by the location manager that a check would promptly be made out after the buyer cleared the storage units. Later after the units were fully cleared, he changed his story to checks are made out and sent on the 10th of the following month. After waiting for the 10th of the following month, the check never arrived after a week of waiting patiently. So I contacted the manager once again who I then requested the phone number for corporate (Which is virtually impossible to get from Fast and Easy Storage) only to be told that he would contact them for me and get back with me asap. Well, after four hours and no communication from management whatsoever, I called him back myself to see what the holdup was. He stated that it being Friday after 4:00, corporate was closed for their weekend! How convenient for him, and them! Now it has been nine day's since my reimbursement was supposed to have been sent out leaving me to be disgusted with their unprofessional business practices! They have now cost me money in late fees ( That I don't have) for my other storage unit. I will now be demanding immediate payment on Monday May the 20th! I have lost all respect for the knuckleheads who run Fast and Easy Storage! Why can't your customers speak with a corporate manager?! Customer's beware. They are obviously not a caring or professional busines! Will not be recommended to others!
